Industry Specific Compliance The Government of Goa on November 17, 2025, issued notification Prohibiting Strikes in Pharmaceutical Sector in the State of Goa.

The Government hereby prohibits strike in any form in all establishments engaged in manufacturing, packaging, distribution and transportation of pharmaceutical products and components thereof in pharmaceutical sector in the State of Goa with immediate effect.

This Order shall be valid for a period of one month from the date of issue.
