The Government of Jammu and Kashmir on September 26, 2025, issued Classification of IMFL and BIO Brands for sale in CSD and Civil Market in the UT of J&K for the year 2025-26.
The Government of Jammu & Kashmir, exercising powers under Rule 38(31)(b)(iv) of the J&K Liquor License and Sale Rules, 1984 and S.O. 38 dated February 15, 2025, has approved the classification of liquor brands for sale in the civil market and CSD in the UT, based on recommendations of the committee constituted on May 30, 2022. The approved category-wise details are provided in the annexure.
