The Excise Department of Jammu and Kashmir on October 17, 2025, notified regarding the classification of IMFL Brands for sale in CSD and Civil Market in the UT of J&K for the year 2025-26.
The following has been stated namely: -
• Multiple brands manufactured or bottled at NV Distilleries, Babji Enterprises, Som Distilleries, Third Eye Distillery, Alcobrew Distilleries, and Radico Khaitan have been categorized as Premium or Deluxe/Super Deluxe.
• Brands such as NV’s Royal Envy Whisky, BRANDe’ XO Brandy, Blue Moon Elite Vodka, White Fox Vodka, Milestone Blue Whisky, Black Fort Premium Rum, and Stranger & Sons Gin are approved for sale through CSD.
• One More Superior Craft Vodka, Orange, and Magic Moments Remix Vivid Pink Vodka are categorized as Premium and approved for sale in the Civil Market.
• Classification includes details of distillery/bottling plant, liquor type, strength (mostly 75° proof/42.8% ABV), and the approved sale channel, ensuring regulated distribution across J&K.
