The Government of Jammu and Kashmir on August 01, 2025, issued classification of IMFL Brands for sale in Civil Market in the UT of J&K for the year 2025-26.
The Government, exercising powers under Rule 38(31)(b)(iv) of the J&K Liquor Licence and Sale Rules, 1984, read with S.O. 38 dated February 15, 2025 and based on recommendations of the Committee constituted under Order No. 60-EC of 2022 dated May 30, 2022, has approved the classification of liquor brands meant for sale in the Civil market in the Union category/segment as detailed in the Annexure to this order.
