The Government of Jammu and Kashmir on March 12, 2025, notified regarding the Fixation of Maximum Retail price of Locally Manufactured Economy, Medium, Premium and Deluxe/Super Deluxe IMFL brands for sale in civil market for the year 2025-26.
The government, exercising powers under Rule 38(31)(b)(iv) of the J&K Liquor License and Sale Rules, 1984, read with S.O. 38 dated February 15, 2025 and based on the recommendations of the Committee constituted under Order No. 60-EC of 2022 dated May 30, 2022, has approved the Ex-Manufacturer Price, Ex-Wholesale Price, and Maximum Retail Price for locally manufactured IMFL brands under the Economy, Medium, Premium, and Deluxe/Super Deluxe categories for sale in the civil market for the year 2025–26, as specified in Annexures “C” and “D” to this order. These brands cannot be sold above the fixed prices.
