Secretarial ComplianceThe National Commodity & Derivatives Exchange Limited (NCDEX) on November 19, 2025, issued a circular regarding SSL VPN connectivity to access the NEXTRA application over the internet.

The following has been stated: -

•NCDEX has mandated that the NEXTRA application will be accessible over the Internet only through SSL VPN, requiring members to install the SSL VPN client by December 26, 2025; access will be allowed only via SSL VPN from December 29, 2025.

•Each member will receive five SSL VPN IDs, with additional IDs available upon online request, and all IDs will be created and managed by the Exchange.

•Members must promptly inform the Exchange to disable IDs of users who resign or leave, and any ID-related requests (password reset/disable/delete) must be made through Annexure II.

•SSL VPN credentials will be shared via the Web Extranet, and support is available through the Exchange’s contact channels.
