The National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL), on November 19, 2025, notified regarding the extension of deadline for implementation of ‘Document Received Date’ being made mandatory in NSDL Depository System.
The following amendment has been stated:-
• Attention of the Participants is invited to NSDL Circular no. NSDL/POLICY/2025/0133 dated October 08, 2025 and Circular No. NSDL/POLICY/2025/0123 dated September 16, 2025 regarding ‘Document Received Date being made mandatory field in NSDL Depository system for an off-market transfer instruction executed through physical DIS’.
• In this context, Participants are hereby informed that date for implementation of the changes in respect of ‘Document Received Date’ communicated vide the aforementioned circular is extended till EOD of December 12, 2025.
