Industry Specific ComplianceThe Ministry of Steel, on November 20, 2025, issued an order regarding the exemption from mandatory compliance of QCO.

Mandatory adherence requirement of QCO for certain ITC-HS codes as mentioned in Annexure I attached to the order shall be exempted for imports of steel products with a bill of lading having a shipped on board date on or before March 31, 2026.
