EHS Compliance The Inspectorate of Factories and Boilers, Govt. of Goa on November 14, 2025, notified regarding the appointment of Appellate Authority under the Boilers Act, 2025.

It states that the Secretary to the Government in the Inspectorate of Factories and Boilers shall be appointed as the Appellate Authority. This order supersedes the earlier notification dated October 16, 2024, and will now govern appeal-related matters under the Act.
