These holidays apply specifically to State Government and Semi-Government offices within Mumbai and Mumbai Suburban districts. The circular replaces earlier local holiday declarations issued for these districts in 2025, including the holidays for Vaarli Pournima (August 8, 2025) and Jyeshtha Gauri Visarjan (September 2, 2025).
