Secretarial ComplianceThe Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on November 21, 2025, issued a circular regarding adherence to the older circulars issued by SEBI with regard to the discontinuation of usage of pool accounts for transactions in the units of Mutual Funds.

The following has been stated: -

•SEBI circulars dated October 04, 2021, March 15, 2022, and March 31, 2022, discontinued pooling of funds by stock brokers, leading BSE/ICCL to issue operational guidelines on March 28, 2022, and July 02, 2024.

•Members and payment aggregators must strictly comply with SEBI/BSE/ICCL requirements.

•Details of approved accounts linked to OTM/mandates/instruments issued before July 01, 2022, must not be changed or modified.
