Labour Compliance class="MsoNormal">The Ministry of Labour and Employment (MoL&E), on November 21, 2025, issued a notification regarding enforcement of Provisions of the Occupational Safety, Health and Working Conditions Code, 2020.

In sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Occupational Safety, Health and Working Conditions Code, 2020 (37 of 2020), the Central Government hereby appoints November 21, 2025, as the date on which the provisions of the said Code, shall come into force.
