The following have been stated:-
• In terms of the provisions of the Rules, Bye-Laws and Regulations of the Multi-Commodity Exchange Clearing Corporation Limited (MCXCCL), Members are informed as under:
• Schedule for levy of Tender / Pre–Expiry Margin for contracts expiring in December 2025 is attached as Annexure I to this circular.
• Members and their clients/constituents are requested to take note of the same.
