The Finance Department, Govt. of Rajasthan on November 13, 2025, notified regarding the revised Construction Market Value Rates.
The following has been stated namely: -
• The Government has issued revised market value rates for assessment of constructed properties, replacing the earlier 2019 notification. The new rates vary by construction type, such as RCC structures (₹1800/sq.ft), shopping malls with multiplex (₹2100/sq.ft), five-star hotels (₹2500/sq.ft), patti roof structures (₹1000/sq.ft), and kuccha construction (₹250/sq.ft).
• Special provisions apply to partially completed structures, where only a percentage of the RCC rate is considered (e.g., skeleton without roof: 25%, plinth level: 10%). If a construction type is not listed, valuation will follow guidelines issued by the Inspector General of Stamps.
