Labour Compliance The Ministry of Labour and Employment (MoLE) on November 21, 2025, notified regarding the enforcement of certain provisions of the Code on Social Security, 2020.

It states that the key provisions of the Code on Social Security, 2020, will come into force from November 21, 2025, covering sections 1–14, 15(1)-(2), 16(1)(c), 17–141, 143 (with exception), 144–163, and specified clauses of section 164.
