Industry Specific Compliance The Ministry of Mines (MoM) on November 13, 2025, issued the notification regarding the withdrawal of the Aluminium and Aluminium Alloys (Quality Control) Order, 2023.

The following has been stated namely: -

• The Aluminium and Aluminium Alloys (Quality Control) Order, 2023 has been withdrawn

• The notification no. S.O. 3846(E), dated August 31, 2023 except has been rescinded as respects things done or omitted to be done before such rescission
