Labour Compliance The Ministry of Labour and Employment (MoLE) on November 13, 2025, issued the notification regarding declaring the services of the industry engaged in the Uranium Industry to be a public utility service

The following has been stated namely: -

• The services of the industry engaged in the Uranium Industry is declared to be a public utility service

• This is in effect for 6 months from December 19, 2025.
