The Government of Jammu and Kashmir, on March 29, 2025, issued a notification regarding the Fixation of Maximum Retail Price of Revised Imported Premium IMFL, locally manufactured IMFL, RTD (Ready to Drink) and JK Country Liquor brands for sale in civil market for the year 2025-26.
The following has been stated: -
• The order approves the Ex-Manufacturer Price, Ex-Wholesale Price, and Maximum Retail Price (MRP) for the specified brands for the year 2025-26.
• The brands shall not be sold above the fixed rates, which are detailed in Annexures " W, X, Z & Y " attached to the order.
