EHS ComplianceThe Commission for Air Quality Management (CAQM) on November 21, 2025, issued the notification regarding the Implementation of the Graded Response Action Plan (GRAP).

The following has been stated namely: -

• Measures such as ensuring uninterrupted power supply (to prevent DG set use), traffic synchronization and personnel deployment, public pollution advisories, and augmentation of public transport have been moved from Stage II to Stage I.

• Additional CNG/electric buses, increased metro frequency, and differential fare structures to encourage off-peak travel will now be implemented at earlier pollution levels.

• Staggered office timings for GNCTD, NCR districts (Gurugram, Faridabad, Ghaziabad, Gautam Budh Nagar), and potentially other NCR areas have been advanced from Stage III to Stage II.

• The Central Government may decide on staggering timings of its offices in Delhi-NCR as a Stage II measure.

• Work-from-home/50% staff policies for public, municipal, and private offices, and similar provisions for Central Government offices, have been advanced from Stage IV to Stage III.

• The Commission has ordered that these modifications be implemented with immediate effect.

• GRAP Stage I, II, and III are already in force, all implementing agencies must act according to the modified schedule.
