Secretarial Compliance The Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on November 21, 2025, issued the notification regarding the Performance Metric for communication of certified past performance by Investment Advisers (IAs) to the clients.

The following has been stated namely: -

• The performance metric for communicating certified past performance data by Investment Advisers to their clients is provided in the attached Annexure

• Investment Advisers are requested to take note of the same and ensure compliance.
