The Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX) on November 18, 2025, issued the notification regarding the FATF Public Statements for October 2025 Plenary.
The following has been stated namely: -
• The Exchange refers to Circular MCX/INSP/578/2025 (Nov 06, 2025) regarding FATF Public Statements – October 2025 Plenary.
• A dedicated tab titled “FATF Public Statements – October 2025 Plenary” has been created under the FATF module on the Enhanced Supervision Portal.
• All members must submit details of actions taken regarding FATF-listed jurisdictions through this tab.
• The user manual for the submission process is provided in Annexure A.
• The submission deadline is December 05, 2025, and non-submission or delay will attract disciplinary action.
