The National Stock Exchange (NSE), on November 24, 2025, notified regarding the reminder for Submission of Half Yearly Networth Certificate as on September 30, 2025.
The following amendments have been stated:
• This has reference to the Exchange Circular ref. no. NSE/COMP/70884 dated October 16, 2025 regarding submission of Half Yearly Networth Certificate as on September 30, 2025. Trading Members of the Exchange are hereby once again advised to submit the Half Yearly Networth Certificate as on September 30, 2025 through ENIT portal (https://enit.nseindia.com/MemberPortal/) by November 30, 2025. Detailed manual for submission of Half Yearly Networth Certificate through ENIT is available in the above-mentioned Exchange Circular.
• Members are advised to take note of the above and submit the Networth certificate on or before November 30, 2025 to avoid any penal/disciplinary action, as prescribed in the Exchange Circular reference no. NSE/INSP/70746 dated October 10, 2025.
