The Government of Manipur on November 22, 2025, issued instructions for submission of application for licence by hotel establishments for sale of foreign liquor on premises.
The Excise Department, Manipur invites application from interested registered hotel establishments with not less than 20 lodging rooms operating in the State of Manipur for sale of foreign liquor "on" their premises.
Interested hotel establishments may download the prescribed form and other relevant documents from www.manipur.gov.in.
Duly filled in application form along with the required documents and fee(s) shall be submitted to the Office of Commissioner of Excise, Government of Manipur, Lamphelpat, Imphal-West, Manipur – 795004 and [email protected].
