Secretarial Compliance The Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on November 24, 2025, issued a notification regarding extension for confirmation of 6A-7A entries by custodians in the SLB.

The following has been stated:

In reference to the Master Circular for Transactions in Securities Lending and Borrowing Scheme 20250501-5 dated May 01, 2025, the custodian confirmation window has been extended from 6:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. for all trades executed on or after November 25, 2025.

Participants and custodians are advised to note and comply with the revised timing.
