The Gujarat Real Estate Regulatory Authority (GRERA) on November 18, 2025, notified the Gujarat Real Estate Regulatory Authority (General) (Amendment) Regulations, 2025 to amend the Gujarat Real Estate Regulatory Authority (General) Regulations, 2017.
The following has been stated: -
•In Regulation 5, after the words “the sanctioned plans, layout plans, along with specifications, approved by the Competent Authority,” the words “and any other documents and/or matter as may be prescribed by the Authority by order from time to time” shall be inserted.
•In Form 8 item G - Details of Documents to be uploaded with each QPR in Serial No. 6 after the words, “Copies of Approvals taken during the current quarter," the words "and list of the approvals which are pending subsequent to the commencement certificate” shall be inserted.
It shall come into force on December 01, 2025.
