Industry Specific ComplianceThe National E-Governance Services Ltd. (NeSL) on November 24, 2025, issued the notification regarding the SHCIL e-Stamping System Downtime.

The following has been stated namely: -

• Stock Holding Corporation of India Limited (SHCIL) e-Stamping application is undergoing maintenance activity

• e-Stamping service for SHCIL states will not be available from November 25, 2025, 8:00 PM to November 26, 2025, 01:00 AM. 

• GRAS for the following states will continue to be available: -

o Kerala

o Madhya Pradesh

o Maharashtra

o Telangana

o West Bengal
