The Meghalaya State Electricity Regulatory Commission (MSERC), on November 24, 2025, issued the Submission of comments and suggestions on the Draft Meghalaya State Electricity Regulatory Commission (Terms and Conditions for Determination of Tariff for Generation from Renewable Energy Sources) Regulations 2025.
The following amendment has been stated namely:-
• The Commission in exercise of the power conferred by Section 86(1)(a), (b), and (c) read with(e), Section 61(a to h) of the Electricity Act 2003 (36 of 2003), hereby pre-publishes the Meghalaya State Electricity Regulatory Commission (Terms and Conditions for Determination of Tariff for Generation from Renewable Energy Sources) Regulations 2025 and the same is posted on the Commission’s website i.e. https://mserc.gov.in/draft_reg.html
• Any objections/suggestions received in this regard shall be sent to the Secretary, Meghalaya State Electricity Regulatory Commission, New Administrative Building, Left Wing, 1st Floor, Lower Lachumiere: Shillong-793001, and by email to [email protected] within December 08, 2025.
