EHS Compliance The Pollution Control Committee, U.T. Administration of Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu, on September 11, 2025, issued a notification regarding the Uniform Consent Guidelines.

The following has been stated: -

•MoEF&CC Uniform Consent Guidelines under the Water and Air Pollution Control Acts are now applicable to the UT of Dadra & Nagar Haveli and Daman & Diu.

•These guidelines take immediate effect.
