Secretarial ComplianceThe National Commodity & Derivatives Exchange Limited (NCDEX), November 28, 2025 notified regarding the applicability of event-based Additional Surveillance Margin (E-ASM).

The following has been stated namely: -

• In accordance with the same, based on the High - Low variation, [(High-Low)/Low x 100], E-ASM of 2.5 percent has been re-triggered and will be applicable on all the running contracts and yet to be launched contracts in Coriander till December 19th, 2025. 

• E-ASM (Enhanced Additional Surveillance Margin) has been triggered only for Coriander, based on both 5-day (10%) and 10-day (15%) price movements on November 28, 2025, and it will remain applicable till December 19, 2025.

• For all other commodities—Barley, Castor Seed, Guar Gum, Guar Seed, Jeera (including Jeera Mini), and Turmeric—no E-ASM trigger has been activated, except Turmeric, which has no trigger date but is shown as applicable till December 05, 2025.
