Finance & Taxation Compliance The Ministry of Finance (MoF) on November 28, 2025, notified the Project Imports (Amendment) Regulations, 2025, further to amend the Project Imports Regulations, 1986.

The following has been stated: -

•A new entry (xiv) has been added under Sr. No. 3FF to include the Jaipur Metro Projects.

•It designates the Managing Director or Director (Project) of Rajasthan Metro Rail Corporation Limited (RMRCL) as the competent authority.

They shall come into force on November 29, 2025
