The Electronics & Information Technology Department, Odisha, on September 06, 2025, notified the Odisha Electronics Component Manufacturing Policy – 2025.
The following has been stated: -
•The Odisha Government has announced the Odisha Electronics Component Manufacturing Policy – 2025 to complement the Central ECMS scheme and boost the State’s electronics manufacturing ecosystem.
•Eligible units approved under ECMS and setting up in Odisha will receive state incentives, including capital subsidies, matching subsidies, land/rental support, and power-related benefits.
•Total incentives are capped at 75% of investment, with special provisions for Mega Projects (₹500+ crore or 1,000+ jobs).
•Implementation will be overseen by OCAC, with project approvals routed through Odisha’s Single Window Clearance system.
