Secretarial ComplianceThe National Commodity Clearing Limited (NCCL) on November 28, 2025, notified regarding the settlement calendar and timelines for submission of delivery intentions for all futures contracts expiring in December 2025.

The following has been stated namely: -

• Members are required to submit delivery intentions (if opting for physical delivery) by marking intention up to 1.5 hours after trading close, or until 6:30 PM on expiry day during the “staggered delivery” period. 

• A detailed schedule for physical-delivery documentation exchange is provided: sellers must upload invoices (and related documents) starting from T + 3 days (where “T” = tender/expiry date), with buyer confirmation by T + 6–9 days. 

• The calendar also sets out dates for settlement of funds and GST, pay-in and pay-out timelines, crucial for clearing members to manage cash flow and compliance.
