The Employees' State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) on November 28, 2025, issued information w.r.t willingness of Firms/Products under Extension of DG-ESIC rate Contract 149, 150, 151, 152, 153.
It is stated that in continuation to previous order no. U25/12-/RC/142C-146C&1478 Extension/2023-Med.5 (E464432-) dated November 08, 2024, May 08, 2025, August 21, 2025 and October 15, 2025 respectively, please find enclosed the details of willing firms/products w.r.t supply of drugs by the firms under the extension period of DG-ESIC RC 149 1 53 (copy enclosed).
Please find attached the following documents-
• List of Firms Accepting the extension for the items at L-1 position in DGESIC Rate Contracts 149-153 upto November 30, 2025.
• List of Firms Not-Accepting/No response the extension for the items at L-1 position in DGESIC Rate Contracts 149-153 upto November 30, 2025.
• List of 300 Drugs approved in DG ESIC Rate Contracts 149 to 153.
