The Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on November 26, 2025, issued the notification regarding the Applicability of recent amendments to Anchor Investor Allocation under Schedule XIII of SEBI ICDR Regulations.
The following has been stated namely: -
• Merchant Bankers, Trading Members, and other Market Participants are hereby informed regarding the amendments to Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) (Third Amendment) Regulations, 2025 relating to Initial Public Offer (IPO) which have been notified on October 31, 2025.
• The Amendment is applicable to all the offer documents filed on or after December 01, 2025.
