Industry Specific Compliance The Ministry of Chemicals & Fertilizers (MoCF) on November 28, 2025, rescinds the notification related to p-Xylene (Quality Control) Order, 2021.

The following has been stated:

The Central Government, using its powers under Section 16 of the Bureau of Indian Standards Act, 2016, and after consultation with the Bureau of Indian Standards, has rescinded the earlier notification (S.O. 3929(E) dated September 13, 2021) concerning p-Xylene (Quality Control) Order, 2021. This rescission takes effect immediately.
