class="MsoNormal">The Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers (MoC&F), on December 01, 2205, notified regarding the rescission of the Vinyl Acetate Monomer (Quality Control) Order, 2021.
The Central Government being of the opinion that it is necessary so to do in the public interest, after consulting the Bureau of Indian Standards, hereby rescinds the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers number S.O. 5405(E), dated the 22nd December, 2021, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, section 3, sub-section (ii), dated the 27th December, 2021, relating to Vinyl Acetate Monomer (Quality Control) Order, 2021 with immediate effect.
