The Government of Madhya Pradesh on October 13, 2025, issued a notification to amend Notification No. FA 3-35-2017-1-five (25), published in the Madhya Pradesh Gazette (Extraordinary), dated September 18, 2025.
The following amendments have been stated:
• In the Schedule marked against serial number 9, in column 3, for "Packaged and labelled other than Prevale" read "Pre-packaged and labelled other than:
• In column 3 against serial number 10 of the schedule marked "Fish seed, prawn/shrimp seed whether or not processed/treated or frozen [other than goods falling under Chapter 3 and attracting 2.5%]" for "Fish seed, prawn/shrimp seed whether or not processed, treated or frozen [other than goods falling under Chapter 3 and attracting 2.5%]" read:
• In the Schedule numbered at page 518, against serial number 12, in column 3, for 'fish fillets and others', read 'fish fillets and others';
• In column 3 against serial number 22 of the schedule marked 'other than pre-packaged and labelled', read 'other than pre-packaged and labelled'.
• In the Schedule marked S. No. 31, in column 3, for 'Lettuce (Cichorium spp.) and Chicory (Lactuca sativa), read 'Lettuce (Lactuca sativa) and Chicory (Cichorium spp.)'
• In the Schedule marked 'against serial number 53', in column 3, for 'Custard Apple', read 'Custard Apple':
• In column 3 against serial number 63 of the said Schedule, for "packaged and other than prelabelled" read "pre-packaged and other than labelled",
• In the Schedule marked 'Packaged and labelled other than pre-packed and labelled', in column 3, for 'Packaged and labelled other than pre-packed and labelled', read:
