The Government of Jharkhand, on November 12, 2025, notified regarding the requirement of GST Registration Certificate.
• The Government of Jharkhand, exercising powers under Article 166(2) of the Constitution, has issued a notification amending the Jharkhand Water Resources Sensor Empanelment Rules, 2018.
• After Rule 5.1 (related to submission of documents for empanelment) of the original Rules, the following sub-rule 5.1.7 is inserted: 5.1.7 GST Registration Certificate issued under the Jharkhand Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017.
• The proposal has been approved by the Council of Ministers.
