EHS ComplianceThe Commission for Air Quality Management in NCR and Adjoining Areas (CAQM) on November 26, 2025, notified regarding the revocation of actions under Stage III (‘Severe’ Air Quality) of GRAP and intensifying actions under Stage I & II of the modified Graded Response Action Plan.

The following has been stated namely: -

• CAQM has revoked all Stage-III (“Severe Air Quality”) restrictions under GRAP across Delhi-NCR with immediate effect, following recent improvements in air quality.

• The decision lifts stringent curbs previously active under Stage-III — including bans on certain vehicular movement, construction-related restrictions, and limitations on non-essential activities.

• Notwithstanding the revocation, CAQM has ordered that Stage-I and Stage-II measures remain enforced, and agencies must intensify implementation and monitoring under these lower-severity phases to prevent the air quality from deteriorating again.

• The order calls for continued vigilance and readiness by all implementing agencies — construction, transport, waste management, etc. — and warns that Stage-III measures will be reinstated if pollution levels rise again.
