Finance & Taxation Compliance class="MsoNormal">The Revenue Department, Govt. of Andhra Pradesh, on December 03, 2025, notified regarding the Commencement of Certain Provisions of the APGST (Amendment) Act, 2025.

In clause (c) of sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Andhra Pradesh Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Act, 2025 (Act No.28 of 2025), the Government of Andhra Pradesh hereby appoints the October 01, 2025, as the date on which the provisions of clauses (ii) and (iii) of section 2, sections 4 to 6 and sections 8 to 16 of the said Act, shall come into force.
