The University Grants Commission (UGC) on December 03, 2025, notified Follow-up actions regarding Mission LiFE - Display of Mission LiFE Logo and Availability of Course Content.
Following the UGC’s earlier communication dated October 28, 2025 on documenting initiatives aligned with Mission LiFE, and based on directions from a meeting between the Departments of Higher Education and MoEFCC, all Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) have been instructed to take two key actions.
First, HEIs must prominently display the Mission LiFE logo across educational materials, awareness campaigns, digital content, student activity banners, and other campus initiatives to enhance co-branding and visibility.
Second, HEIs must widely disseminate the Mission LiFE e-learning module shared by MoEFCC, available on the Karmayogi (iGOT) platform. The module includes a 22-minute course, nine short videos, a ten-question assessment, and an introduction to Mission LiFE. HEIs should promote its use among faculty, students, and staff for orientation, capacity building, and curriculum-linked activities, while encouraging adoption of Mission LiFE behavioural principles on campus.
Institutions are also reminded to continue submitting details of their flagship Mission LiFE–aligned initiatives to the UGC as requested earlier.
