Industry Specific Compliance The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) on November 28, 2025, issued the Reserve Bank of India (Standalone Primary Dealers) Directions, 2025.

The following has been stated namely: -

• These Directions shall apply to all Standalone Primary Dealers (SPDs) registered as Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) with the RBI

• The regulations regarding the Registration has been stated in the Direction

• The Capital Funds and Capital Requirements has been stated in the Direction.

This shall come into force on November 28, 2025
