The International Financial Services Centres Authority (IFSCA) on December 05, 2025, issued a public notice extending the deadline for submission of comments on the existing IFSCA (Setting up and Operation of International Branch Campuses and Offshore Education Centres) Regulations, 2022.
IFSCA had originally invited feedback through a public notice dated November 14, 2025, as referenced in paragraph 10 of that notice. Considering requests from stakeholders and in order to facilitate wider consultation, the Authority has now granted additional time for interested parties to provide their inputs.
The revised last date for submitting comments and suggestions on the regulatory framework is December 31, 2025, enabling broader participation from the public and market participants.
