Industry Specific Compliance The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) on November 28, 2025, issued the Reserve Bank of India (Non-Operative Financial Holding Company) Directions, 2025.

The following has been stated namely: -

• These Directions shall apply to every Non-Operative Financial Holding Company (NOFHC) as defined in these Directions

• The Registration, Regulatory Structure and Shareholding has been stated in the Direction

• The Corporate Governance of NOFHC has been stated in the Direction.

This shall come into force on November 28, 2025
