Industry Specific ComplianceThe Reserve Bank of India (RBI) on November 28, 2025, issued the Reserve Bank of India (Asset Reconstruction Companies – Know Your Customer) Directions, 2025.

The following has been stated namely: -

• These Directions shall be applicable to every Asset Reconstruction Company registered with the Reserve Bank

• The General Provisions such as Board of Directors / Policies related guidelines has been stated in the Direction

• The Customer Acceptance Policy has been stated in the Direction.

This shall come into force on November 28, 2025
