The Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on December 03, 2025, issued the notification regarding the Reminder for submission of System Audit report for the period ended September 30, 2025.
The following has been stated namely: -
• Members are required to submit the System Audit Report for the period ended September 30, 2025, to the Exchange on or before December 31, 2025.
• The report has to be submitted electronically through the BEFS portal on or before the due date to avoid any penal or disciplinary action.
• A user manual for both Members and Auditors is enclosed herewith (Annexure A for Member and Annexure B for Auditor).
