Industry Specific ComplianceThe International Financial Services Centres Authority (IFSCA) on December 04, 2025, renewed the Recognition of India International Bullion Exchange as a Bullion Exchange and Clearing Corporation.

It has renewed the recognition of India International Bullion Exchange IFSC Ltd., Gujarat, as both a Bullion Exchange and Bullion Clearing Corporation for a period of three years, from December 9, 2025, to December 8, 2028. The renewal has been granted under relevant provisions of the IFSCA Act, Securities Contracts (Regulation) Act, and the IFSCA (Bullion Market) Regulations, 2025. The exchange shall continue to comply with all regulatory conditions and directions issued by IFSCA, and the recognition applies specifically to dealings in bullion contracts as defined under the applicable regulations.
