Secretarial ComplianceThe National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange Limited (NCDEX) on December 05, 2025, notified regarding the applicability of Event-based Additional Surveillance Margin (E-ASM), till December 29, 2025.

The following has been stated namely: -

• An Extraordinary Additional Surveillance Margin (E-ASM) of 2.5% has been re-triggered for Coriander contracts based on price volatility calculated using the High-Low variation formula. It will remain applicable until December 29, 2025. 

• As per the updated surveillance table, no other commodities currently meet the E-ASM trigger thresholds, and only Coriander shows a movement condition met on December 5, 2025. 

• All existing margins and risk-control measures will continue to apply alongside this additional requirement.
