EHS ComplianceThe Rajasthan State Pollution Control Board (RSPCB) on December 02, 2025, issued the notification regarding the Mandatory Installation of CSIR-NPL Certified OCEMS for Air-Polluting Industries in Delhi-NCR

The following has been stated namely: -

• CPCB has directed that only CSIR-NPL certified Online Continuous Emission Monitoring Systems (OCEMS) must be installed in air-polluting industries operating in Delhi-NCR.

• CSIR-NPL has been designated as the national verification agency for emission-monitoring equipment and has launched a certification scheme. 

• As of now, 21 OCEMS models have been certified, and the updated list is available on the CPCB website.

• Industries in Delhi-NCR must install only CSIR-NPL certified OCEMS by December 31, 2025, and only these certified systems will be allowed to connect to the CPCB server.
