The Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC) on November 13, 2025, has announced a 75% discount on the penalty amount levied on income tax arrears for all types of properties, including residential, non-residential, and open plots.
The scheme will remain in force from November 15, 2025 to January 15, 2026.
Taxpayers who have previously benefited from Abhay Yojana in 2015-16, 2016-17, 2020-21, or 2021-22 are not eligible for this scheme.

All citizens with pending income tax arrears in Pune city are urged to avail the benefits of this Abhay Scheme and clear their dues promptly.
